Texas hospital selects Philips PACS

John Peter Smith (JPS) Health Network has selected Philips’ iSite PACS for its 567-bed hospital and patient care pavilion.

The Fort Worth, Texas-based JPS Health Network will use the iSite PACS as an image management and information system for its level one trauma center to allow data sharing among referring physicians, surgeons, radiologists and other healthcare providers.

Philips' iSite PACS offers real-time, enterprise-wide delivery of diagnostic-quality images in addition to supporting multiple locations and off-site users, according to the Andover, Mass.-based company.
