Viztek scores Southern Nigerian PACS install

Viztek has installed two of its web-based Opal-RAD PACS in corporate health clinics in Southern Nigeria.

Sold and installed in cooperation with San Antonio-based medical equipment dealer CIMS, the new digital installations also include Kodak’s Point of Care 140 CRs, film digitizers and Quantum x-rays. Together, the equipment will improve the detection of tuberculosis and the delivery of quality medical care in extremely remote geographic areas, according to Viztek.
