Wayne, NJ, July 14, 2016 – Konica Minolta announced today that the company has received the first place ranking for customer satisfaction in Digital Radiography (DR) by MD Buyline, a market expert that uses evidence-based research and consulting services to advise hospitals on critical purchasing decisions.

The MD Buyline value analysis process evaluates top vendors of DR systems through user satisfaction composite ratings. Of a possible 10, DR users ranked Konica Minolta highest in system performance (9.8), installation/implementation (9.4), service repair quality (9.4), and service response time (9.3), also with above average scores of 9.3 for system reliability and applications training. With a composite rating of 9.4, Konica Minolta clinched the top spot for DR user satisfaction.
