eRAD now InSiteOne distributor

Web-enabled PACS and teleradiology vendor eRAD is now bundling its image management systems with the archiving technology of on- and off-site secure DICOM storage vendor InSiteOne Inc.
   
The pair said eRAD will bundle InSiteOne's pay-as-you-go digital storage and disaster recovery options with its line of PACS and related products to create complete digital image management and archiving systems. Additional terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
   
InSiteOne's InDex web-enabled service is an affordable storage alternative for short-term storage, retrieval and long-term archiving of DICOM and non-DICOM medical images including ultrasound, MRI, CT and radiotherapy. It provides secure cost-effective, off-site disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity in the in disaster situations. InDex integrates with any PACS or modality as well as hospital networks and information systems.
