Cerner, SenSage collaborate on security

Cerner Corp. and SenSage Inc. have released the new P2Sentinel Enterprise, a Cerner system that utilizes the SenSage family of enterprise security analytics software for aggregating, monitoring and investigating security events.

P2Sentinel Enterprise is capable of identifying security violations and can provide forensic security analysis by correlating activities with other systems, including more than 100 network, security, database, clinical and financial applications.

According to Cerner, P2Sentinel Enterprise is the first scalable solution to correlate log and access data from Cerner Millennium and other applications with data relating to IT infrastructure events and identity threats.
