Eaton releases new UPS

Eaton Corp. introduced the Powerware 9155, a double conversion, online uninterruptible power system (UPS) for protection of critical systems.
   
A compact design and 0.9 output power factor, Eaton's Powerware 9155 accommodates high power factor load requirements and is also suited for modern servers and computer loads. The system features a double conversion online architecture that ensures immediate transfer to back-up power in the event of a power outage, and offers 22 minutes of back-up time at 10kVA. T
   
The system also addresses next-generation power requirements by providing a high efficiency of 90 percent.  
   
The new UPS is available in 8kVA, 10kVA, 12kVA and 15kVA, and features a scalable design that allows users to pay as they grow to meet current and future load requirements.
