Emageon announces new board members and general counsel

Emageon Inc. this week welcomed two new directors, Fred Goad and Mylle Mangum, to its board and the addition of Craig Parker as general counsel.

Goad is a founding partner in Voyent Partners LLC., a venture capital firm in Nashville, Tenn. He was formerly chairman and co-CEO of Envoy Corp. and has also held management positions with CompuCard International, Olivetti USA and IBM Inc. Mangum is CEO of International Banking Technologies, a provider of retail branch banking solutions in Atlanta, Ga.

Parker comes to Emageon from EnteGreat Inc., a systems integration and consulting firm headquartered in Birmingham, Ala., where he served as CFO and general counsel.
