Emageon revenues up

Emageon Inc. has reported its financial results for the first quarter 2005 which ended March 31st. Revenue for the quarter saw a 59 percent increase over quarter one of 2004 with $11.3 million compared with $7.1 million. Emageon also saw positive cash flow from its operations with $3.1 million during the first quarter of 2005, an increase over the first quarter of 2004 which had cash flow from operations of $400,000, Emageon said.

The net loss for the first quarter 2005 was $4.8 million, as compared to a net loss of $3.6 million in the first quarter of 2004.
