Exploring the future of healthcare in the IT age drives TETHIC this year
Washington, D.C. is the site for The Emerging Technologies and Healthcare Innovations Congress (TETHIC) September 22-24.
Executives from hospitals, physician groups, health plans, government, pharmaceutical/bio tech companies and technology companies will convene at the Marriot Wardman Park to participate in the conference on technology, innovation and their role in the future of the healthcare system.
Some 150 speakers will pilot more than 70 sessions on the state of the healthcare system today, as it enters the age of information technology (IT). Top issues will include web-enabled business processes and medical devices, the telecommunications convergence and advances in medical and bio-informatics.
In addition to the forum, TETHIC also will showcase exhibits and demonstrations from technology providers and suppliers.
