GE upgrades pocket-sized ultrasound

GE Healthcare has unveiled new features on its Vscan ultrasound system.

The upgraded version features extended battery life, a more intuitive user interface and enhanced reporting capabilities, according to Waukesha, Wis.-based GE. A new PDF export option facilitates documentation to aid in evaluation and management of the patient.
