Medrad initiates repair service for ultrasound probes

Medrad Multi Vendor Service (MVS) has launched TotalRepair, a guaranteed repair service for select ultrasound probes.

The Warrendale, Pa.-based company said that TotalRepair helps healthcare facilities reduce service costs and mitigate financial exposure with a capped, guaranteed price provided up front. MVS supports its repair guarantee on eligible probes with an extended six-month warranty.
