Metro Medical Imaging opts for NovaRad's PACS

PACS provider NovaRad announced that Louisville, Ky.-based Metro Medical Imaging is the latest to purchase its NovaPACS system.

 The healthcare provider consists of three centers, performing some 21,000 studies per year. After the installation is complete next month, Metro Medical Imaging envisions a filmless and paperless practice. Cost savings from the NovaPACS system are expected to be more than $90,000 in the first year of operation.
