Novation awards Fujifilm three contract extensions

Healthcare group purchasing organization Novation has awarded Fujifilm Medical Systems with three contract extensions.

The Stamford, Conn.-based Fujifilm said its Fuji CR systems, including the Aspire ClearView for full-field digital mammography (FFDM) and its line of film and imagers, will remain available to Veterans Health Administration, University HealthSystem Consortium and Provista members for up to two more years. The company also said that its CR systems for both general radiography and FFDM are included on the CR contract.

The DR agreement is a one-year extension, and Fujifilm’s film and imager contract was extended for two years through June 2011.
