OSI completes merger of Spacelabs Healthcare

OSI Systems, a provider of specialized electronic products for healthcare applications, has completed its previously-published plans short-form merger of Spacelabs Healthcare, which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of OSI.

Within the next 10 days, notification of the merger and related information will be sent to Spacelabs’ pre-merger stockholders. The remaining stockholders of Spacelabs have a right to consideration in the amount of 100p per share.

Spacelabs’ diagnostic cardiology division includes its ambulatory blood pressure product, ECG data management, resting ECG systems, stress testing systems, Holter monitoring and ECG event monitoring.
