Russia OKs digital mammography

Russian authorities have approved Sectra MicroDose mammography.

Sectra MicroDose Mammography generates a low dose of radiation while retaining clear mammography images using photon-counting detector technology, according to the Linkoping, Sweden-based company. Sectra provides diagnostic imaging and secure communication systems.
