UltraSPECT gets CE Mark for WBR technology

UltraSPECT has received the CE mark for its Wide Beam Reconstruction (WBR) product family, which is designed to improve the productivity and image quality of nuclear medicine gamma cameras. CE marking is a declaration by European manufacturers that a product meets applicable provisions of certain European Directives, and therefore opens up markets in countries that require it.

WBR is built in to the company's Xact.bone and Xpress.bone products, as well as the company's Xpress.cardiac, a new myocardial perfusion gated SPECT image enhancement application, UltraSPECT said.
