GE Healthcare has installed four Discovery NM 530c cardiac SPECT scanners at locations in North America and Europe.

Driven by GE's Alcyone technology, Discovery NM 530c is able to gather image data in as short as three minutes, according to the company.

The scanners have been installed at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York City; Ottawa Heart Institute in Ottawa, Ontario; University Hospital in Zurich, Switzerland; and Gabriele Monasterio Foundation, CNR, in Pisa, Italy.
