Editor's Note:
Our most popular stories in October were a mix of interesting product launches, fun stuff – and not-so-fun stuff, like MRI accidents. We try to add variety when we can, from clinical research on AI models that can read chest X-rays as well as a human, to radiology students being tasked with scanning a “mermaid.” As for me, I’m fascinated by augmented reality and its use in healthcare, and plan to keep a close eye on those stories going into next year. Reality is rapidly catching up to science fiction.
As always, thank you for reading - Chad Van Alstin | Editor
