Vitalize looks to Krames for integration services
Krames On-Demand has inked an agreement with Vitalize Consulting Solutions to provide integration services for Krames' RecordWriter.
"As the experts in patient education, we have been able with Krames On-Demand to provide our clients with an easy-to-use, comprehensive library of patient education via a print-on-demand system," said George Parker, President and CEO of Krames in a release. "While we built our RecordWriter documentation module to be HL7 compliant, the expertise required to make the connections to our clients' health information systems (HIS) is really outside our core competency. Therefore, to provide a best in class technical solution to match our best in class patient education, we undertook a thorough review of available integration specialists."
Krames' eventually decided that Vitalize Consulting Solutions, a leading systems integration provider to the healthcare market, would be the best match for their needs. The Vitalize team has experience working with leading HIS systems and has developed solutions routed through the most common interface engines used in healthcare today including OPENLink, OpenEngine, SeeBeyond eGate/DataGate, Orion Rhapsody, and Cloverleaf.
Krames and Vitalize have said they expect to have Krames On-Demand integrations completed with Cerner, Meditech, and Siemens systems by year's end.
