CTI Molecular Imaging combines PETNet and CTI Services
CTI Molecular Imaging Inc. has formed a new CTI Solutions group by combining two of its divisions.
CTI Solutions combines PETNet Pharmaceuticals Inc. and CTI Services to - in the company's words - "bring more focus to the company's growing, recurring revenue business base."
Thomas J. Hook will head CTI Solutions as the group's president. Hook has served as president of PETNet since February after joining CTI in July 2002 as president of CTI Services.
In other executive moves, CTI named Greg Brophy as acting president of CPS Innovations. He most recently served as senior vice president of CTI. He succeeds Ronald Nutt, Ph.D., who became president and CEO of the parent company, CTI Molecular Imaging, last week. Nutt replaced Terry D. Douglass, Ph.D., who stepped down as president and CEO of CTI Molecular Imaging Inc., effective Oct. 1.
Douglass continues to serve as chairman of the Knoxville, Tenn. company, overseeing CTI's strategic direction.
In addition, Cliffreda Gilreath, who previously served as vice president of operations for CPS Innovations, the joint venture between CTI and Siemens Medical Solutions, will serve as senior vice president of operations for CTI. David Gill, senior vice president and CFO, will continue to be responsible for finance, information technology, investor relations and purchasing.
