Computer Programs and Systems completes three PACS installations

Computer Programs and Systems Inc. (CPSI) has completed the installation of its ImageLink picture archiving and communications system (PACS) at three of its client hospitals.

The implementations occurred at Shelby Memorial Hospital, in Shelbyville, Illinois; Sweetwater (Tenn.) Hospital; and Cary Medical Center, in Caribou, Maine.

The DICOM-compliant ImageLink is designed to fit seamlessly into the CPSI health information system (HIS) infrastructure. Scheduling, demographic, order and medical records data are shared real-time between the HIS and the PACS module.

CPSI has more than 480 client hospitals in 45 states.
