InSiteOne focuses on disaster recovery
InSiteOne featured its InDex Recovery and Recovery Plus archive systems at the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators (AHRA) 34th annual meeting and exposition in Las Vegas this week.

The company’s InDex Recovery is designed for business continuance and disaster recovery at facilities with an existing on-site archive. InDex Recovery is a secondary archive utilizing image retrieval during a declared event. This transparent system operates as a backup to a client’s onsite archive. Images are stored permanently on optical media at InSiteOne’s secondary data center. The data is accessible via the Internet to authorized personnel for viewing and are retrieved in seconds during a ‘declared event,’ the company said.

Recovery Plus is an automated system for protecting clinical transaction data and has the flexibility to handle recovery situations by enabling point-in-time recoveries and eliminating manual tasks associated with alternate methodologies.

Also at AHRA, the company showcased its ExamReady, the company’s newest service that features instant access to prior studies or the ability to pre-fetch large (and small) study sizes easily. Exam Ready provides several techniques to load examination schedules so that prior studies get to workstations for viewing.
