ASTRO names new director of gov't relations

The American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology has named Lisa Shuger Hublitz as its new director of Government Relations.
   
Shuger has more than 17 years of experience in public policy and advocacy roles with many different non-profit organizations. In addition, she served for five years in the City of New York's Washington, D.C. office. Most recently, Shuger was employed by the American Orthopsychiatric Association as director of Government Relations and External Affairs.
