RealTimeImage completes sale of graphic arts division

RealTimeImage Inc. (RTI) completed sale of its Graphic Arts division to Kodak Polychrome Graphics of Norwalk, Conn.

Retaining ownership of its Medical Division and Pixels-on-Demand technology, RTI says that the company will use the proceeds from the sale to expand product development, as well as sales and marketing efforts for its healthcare business.

RTI's iPACS family of medical imaging products in based on the company's patented Pixels-on-Demand technology and includes iPACS Web, iPACS Prism, iPACS OrthoPlanner and iPACS iLink.
