Raintree taps Sims as COO

Healthcare information technology vendor Raintree Systems has named Terrence Sims as its chief operation officer (COO). The Temecula, Calif.-based company provides healthcare integration technology, practice management and electronic medical record systems.

Sims, who brings 15 years of healthcare IT and operations experience to Raintree, will oversee product engineering, professional services, market development, human resources, finance, information technology, strategic alliance, and merger/acquisition activities of the company’s U.S. and European-based operations.
