SimonDR, AMS partner on veterinary PACS

PACS developer American Medical Sales (AMS) of Hawthorne, Calif., and veterinary DR imaging equipment developer SimonDR, a spin-off from x-ray chemical developer H.R. Simon of Baltimore, have partnered to provide integrated veterinary DR and PACS offerings.

SimonDR will now offer customers of its DRV digital radiology imaging system the option of an integrated AMS PACS with 1 terabyte (TB) of image storage, which includes both diagnostic and clinical review software licenses, according to the companies
