ACR Image Metrix names new general manager

The American College of Radiology (ACR) named Michael Morales general manager of ACR Image Metrix, the contract research organization established earlier this year as a for-profit branch of the Reston, Va.-based organization.

According to the Philadelphia-based ACR Image Metrix, Morales will be responsible for the strategic, tactical and financial operations of the firm, which will offer a complete menu of imaging research services.

Prior to his appointment with ACR Image Metrix, Morales was the president and CEO of Dimensional HealthCare, a pharmaceutical provider.
