ACS promotes Kyser to CFO

Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) an IT provider in Dallas, has promoted its executive VP, Kevin Kyser, to chief financial officer (CFO).

John Rexford, who has served as CFO at ACS since November 2006, will undertake the executive VP role and also continue to serve on the board of directors.

In his new role, Kyser will lead ACS' finance organization, including the corporate controllership, treasury, tax, investor relations, audit, finance operations and strategic planning and analysis functions for the firm’s operations.
