Toshiba names Hagan as VP of marketing

Toshiba America Medical Systems has named Girish T. Hagan as vice president of marketing.

As the vice president of marketing, Hagan will head Toshiba’s business units including CT, MR, ultrasound, x-ray and x-ray vascular, as well as handle strategic marketing for Toshiba and its products in the medical imaging industry. 

Previously, Hagan served as the director of business development and strategic management for Toshiba, and he was a part of Toshiba’s alignments with vendors, including McKesson and Vital Imaging.

When Hagan joined Toshiba in 2005, he brought more than 15 years of marketing experience from Agfa, Bayer and GE Medical, the Tustin, Calif.-based company said.
