Novovision debuts hosted anatomic pathology platform

Novovision, an IT provider for anatomic pathology (AP) laboratories, has introduced Hosted NovoPath, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for any AP lab workflow management, specimen tracking and reporting platform.

By deploying and maintaining software on a central Novovision server with user access over the internet, Hosted NovoPath eliminates a site’s capital expenditures for IT hardware and support, according to Novovision.

According to Wally Soufi, Novovision CEO, with Hosted NovoPath, “any anatomic pathology lab can offer high-quality reporting capabilities and compete effectively in today’s marketplace with minimal capital investment.  No special onsite hardware or software is required for our SaaS solution, which performs over any high-speed internet connection.”
