General Dynamics completes $225M purchase of HLTH ViPS unit

HLTH Corporation, in Elmwood Park, N.J., has completed the sale of its ViPS segment to General Dynamics IT for $225 million in cash.

The transaction was previously announced on June 3.

Baltimore-based ViPS provides healthcare data management, analytics, decision support, process automation and related IT solutions, according to General Dynamics.
