Yale hospital deploys Eclipsys clinical information solutions

Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Conn., has activated Eclipsys’ clinical information solutions, including Sunrise Acute Care and Sunrise Pharmacy, which are integrated modules of Sunrise Clinical Manager.

To date, Yale-New Haven Hospital has trained 4,300 users on the system, with orders placed in Eclipsys' computerized physician order entry (CPOE) system throughout the 944-bed hospital and its emergency departments, according to the Atlanta-based company.
