Carestream adds Sachs as development officer

Duane Sachs has joined Carestream Health as chief corporate development officer and a member of the company’s senior leadership team.

He will be responsible for the creation and execution of Carestream Health’s merger and acquisition strategy and for the development of strategic growth plans, according to the company

Most recently, Sachs served as a managing director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group of Banc of America Securities. In his nine years with Banc of America Securities, he focused exclusively on providing strategic and financial advice to leading healthcare companies, Carestream said.
