Barrington Medical Imaging, Kings Medical seal long-term service deal

Barrington Medical Imaging (BMI), a provider of service, parts and refurbished equipment solutions for CT, MRI and PET/CT, has signed a definitive, long-term agreement to provide services for Hudson, Ohio-based Kings Medical Group (KMG).

The Cary, Ill.-based BMI assumed full service responsibility to maintain all CT, MRI and PET/CT equipment within the current KMG portfolio throughout the United States, whose customer sites include Siemens, GE, Philips and Hitachi equipment.

BMI said it has grown its service engineer work force by hiring all of KMG’s field service engineers.
