CardioNet, LifeWatch amicably resolve litigation

LifeWatch and CardioNet have entered into a settlement agreement pursuant to which the parties have amicably agreed to resolve the lawsuit between them, with dismissal by both sides of all claims pending in the lawsuit.

The terms of the agreement are confidential, according to the Rosemont, Ill.-based LifeWatch, an ambulatory health monitoring solutions company.

“We are pleased to have this behind us, and we look forward to continuing the strong momentum we have achieved in recent quarters,” said Arie Cohen, president and CEO of the San Diego-based CardioNet, a provider of ambulatory, continuous, real-time outpatient management solutions for monitoring.
