IDS upgrades dictation, structured reporting software

Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) introduced the next generation of its dictation and structured reporting system, Voice2Dox 2.0, at the recent 94th annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) in Chicago.

Enhancements include the ability to deliver preliminary results to a hospital information system prior to the final report. The new system also features automated addendum matching, the ability to link related studies and includes a new Report Preview feature to allow radiologists to view their full report.

Voice2Dox also features Snippets, a customized clipboard that injects paragraphs and normal phrases anywhere in the report, according to the Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based company.
