Spectrum Dynamics nets D-SPECT install at Arizona heart center

Scottsdale Heart Group in Arizona has installed Spectrum Dynamics’ D-SPECT, a cardiac nuclear imaging camera.

The Haifa, Israel-based Spectrum Dynamics said its D-SPECT can complete a gated SPECT study in two minutes through the features of its BroadView Technology in the imaging system that includes:
  • More radiation collection angles and a scan pattern to provide photon collection;
  • New design of scanning solid state detectors and reconstruction algorithms; and
  • Automation and personalization of acquisition.
