Medison launches Accuvix V20

Medison America, a provider of 3D/4D ultrasound systems, has released Accuvix V20.

Accuvix V20 is the second product in the new generation series following the debut of the Accuvix V10 in 2007. The V20 provides a variety of advanced 2D, 3D and 4D technologies targeted at increasing efficiency and diagnostic confidence including 3DXI, XI VOCAL, OVIX (Oblique View eXtended), color STIC and inversion 3D, according to the Cypress, Calif.-based company.

Medison said its ergonomic design includes a large 10.4 LCD intuitive touch panel and an articulated arm. The system also supports DICOM 3.0 with DICOM structured reporting.
