Ampronix, Matrox to integrate display solutions

Ampronix will begin shipping Matrox Graphics’ Matrox Xenia Series display controller boards for use with a variety of medical LCD displays.

The Montreal-based Matrox said its Matrox Xenia is a native PCI Express single-slot board with digital, triple-monitor output for any display configurations. Xenia Series supports resolutions from under 1MP up to 8MP, with up to 1GB of on-board memory, and features new technology to ensure optimum display calibration (via Matrox DLC and 8/10/13-bit gamma LUTs).

“We look forward to expanding our marketing and sales activities with the Matrox Xenia Series” said Nausser Fathollahi, president and CEO of the Irvine, Calif.-based Ampronix.
