Wisconsin health system obtains 10 Agfa CR systems

Agfa HealthCare has provided ten DX-S CR system units to ProHealth Care facilities throughout Wisconsin.

The DX-S systems will be installed in three of ProHealth’s facilities, including Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital and the D. N. Greenwald Center in Mukwonago, Agfa said.

ProHealth chose Agfa’s DX-S CR system, a digital imaging system that uses DirectriX needle-based detector technology and Scanhead line-to-line phosphor stimulation and light collection technology for high quality image acquisition.

ProHealth will install the DX-S systems throughout the main radiology department, the ICU, the emergency department and at one of its clinics.
