The company recently announced the acquisition of American Teleradiology Nighthawks, Inc.

Virtual Radiologic Consultants (VRC) highlighted trends in the teleradiology industry. VRC provides evening, nighttime and weekend coverage for hospitals and practices worldwide, utilizing only experienced American board-certified radiologists. The company highlighted its new digital vacation coverage for existing customers, and noted that more sites are requesting final interpretation by teleradiologists.
