Press Ganey acquires PatientFlow Technology

Press Ganey Associates has acquired PatientFlow Technology, a provider of patient flow management tools and services for hospitals. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Boston-based PatientFlow specializes in improving hospital operations by offering strategic solutions for patient flow issues, such as emergency room overcrowding, long wait times, bumped or delayed surgeries, and lack of available ICU and hospital beds.

The South Bend, Ind.-based Press Ganey said that adding PatientFlow to its lineup of products and services will increase its clinical and operational areas, and broaden its consulting and improvement services.
