Three Palm nets CE Mark for mammo software

Three Palm Software has received a CE Mark for its WorkstationOne and CadOne mammography software, which clears the company to market the products within 30 countries of the European Union (EU).

The Los Gatos, Calif.-based company said its WorkstationOne is diagnostic breast imaging workstation software that obtains breast imaging screening or diagnosis exams from PACS or modalities, and displays and manipulates the images for radiologists to perform interpretation.

CadOne is a mammography CAD server, offered to original equipment manufacturers for integration into their product suites, according to Three Palm. CadOne is used in mammography screening, in particular, with digital data source (e.g., FFDM or CR for mammography).
