Aspyra incorporates Matrox Xenia Series hardware into PACS

Aspyra Diagnostic Solutions is incorporating hardware-based image processing support in its AccessNET PACS using the Matrox Xenia Series display controller boards.

AccessNET PACS features include flexible licensing, a built-in web server for image and report access, storage solutions, user definable search lists and work lists, a MedVIEW Viewer, and built-in dictation and transcription functions, according to the Calabasas, Calif.-based Aspyra.

Xenia is a native PCI Express single-slot board with an all-digital, triple-monitor output and the flexibility for any display configuration. Xenia Series supports resolutions from under 1 megapixel up to 8 megapixels, with up to 1 gigabyte of on-board memory, and features Matrox DLC and 8/10/13-bit gamma LUTs display calibration, according to the Dorval, Quebec-based Matrox.
