Viztek releases mini PACS

Viztek, a radiology solution provider, has added a full-featured mini PACS to the Opal line.

The Jacksonville, Fla.-based company said its Opal-WS is a customizable PACS for smaller practices, allowing facilities to choose features, storage space and Web components based on size and image volume. According to Viztek, this strategy allows practices to select only features necessary to their facility, with the chance to add tools as needed.
