Eclipsys secures contract with Mississippi medical center

Eclipsys has deployed its Sunrise Enterprise technology suite at North Mississippi Medical Center (NMMC) in Tupelo, Miss.

The Atlanta-based company said applications such as Sunrise Acute Care, Sunrise Emergency Care and Sunrise Critical Care will enable employees to electronically record and review patient information, enhance patient safety and assist in medication requests.

Eclipsys said that the contract will be implemented into seven of NMMC’s acute-care facilities.
