RSNA: Sectra to showcase digital mammography technology
Sectra (Booth 9124) will be displaying its enhanced RIS/PACS, mammography and radiology technology at the 2009 Radiological Society of North American (RSNA) conference in Chicago this month.
The Linköping, Sweden-based company said it will showcase its diagnostic mammography workstation based on its RapidConnect technology that enables remote reading and permits radiologists to share and access patient data over multiple sites.
In addition, the company will also highlight its Sectra MicroDose Mammography product, which the firm said uses a photon-counting technology to maximize image quality and increase throughput at half the radiation dose of other systems.
Sectra also will be demonstrating an integrated mammography screening solution that includes Sectra Screening RIS and Breast Imaging PACS, which the company said are designed to facilitate mammography workflow.
