Siemens contributes to Haitian disaster relief efforts

Siemens Healthcare has donated medical equipment and supplies to the Haiti disaster relief efforts.

By way of ProjectHope--a group dedicated to bringing medical care to needy countries--the company said it has provided volunteer healthcare workers with 20 Acuson P10 ultrasound systems, 10 RapidPoint 350 Blood Gas analyzers and other healthcare supplies, including 9,000 Multistix 10 SG urinalysis strips, which test for kidney and liver function.
