Agfa introduces CR system for mammo at ECR 2010

Diagnostic imaging and IT workflow systems provider Agfa HealthCare will introduce a new CR system at the 2010 European Congress of Radiology (ECR) annual meeting in Vienna, Austria.

The company said its DX-M is a CR for both needle-based detector plates, as well as standard phosphor plates. The mammography needle-based detector is compatible with existing breast imaging modalities, according to Agfa.
