ASCO: Definiens debuts digital pathology image analysis software

Definiens presented its image analysis software for use in clinical trials and translational research at this year’s annual meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) in Chicago this week.

The company, headquartered in Munich, said its digital pathology image analysis software, Tissue Studio allows pathologists to identify, quantify and interpret biomarkers and cellular morphology in tissue samples on a cell-by-cell basis.
